Not all new pick ups but the IHC collection at present coming down the home stretch.

 

I like the new reverse.

 

Here's another IHC plate coin this is the 1879 IHC snow # 2 that I misposted the date.

 

This 1863 is another Plate coin , I actually discovered this coin just about 4 years ago in a dealer friend
Case. I would eye it up every show as I knew it was a winner. I was finally able to obtain it ,and if you like die cracks...you will love this reverse. It was on the costly side...but well worth the wait and price.

 

Isn't that what they call a shattered die in the error world?

I ran into a fellow collector at a local breakfast haunt. He gave me this Cheerios cent in its original packaging. I managed to get a photo that minimizes the effect of the thick plastic bubble it lives in.

 

This is the most expensive low grade R3 variety I will purchase. But it's a Nichols Hoard variety with almost all in the XF+ grade range. The lower grades are few and far between.


I'm waiting to see what the Grellman insert says.
