I didn't know there was a Type 1 My resources are mostly limited to IHCs. I took a chance on this auction. The blurry photos showed the luster but not the details. The seller offered a 30 day return so I put a lowball bid in and won with the only bid. I bought this at a little more than 1/2 of the trend for lesser coins and can see no reason to exercise the return option. This should be a lesson for sellers to provide decent photos. The photos in the post are mine (OK but not great) and if they represented the auction I am sure I wouldn't have won.
For a rundown of this one, see this . . . .
wow ... NICEEE..excuse the drool
@spirityoda for his generous "Pay it Forward" gift of a colorfully toned Lincoln. I was surprised, dumbfounded and very appreciative to have been the recipient. Thank you Craig!!
beautiful you deserved it.
Wow what an amazing gift.
Can't wait to see what YOU pay forward, lol! Just kidding, just kidding!
So YOU'RE the one who outbid me . . . .
Nope. It was a BIN.
@KBBPLL. The question I have may sound foolish but I don't study Liberty Head Nickels. Other than the "with cents" and "without cents" could you please let me know what are the different type reverses for the 1902 nickel? TYIA
