The last — and long-term — missing date in my Morgans is being filled by this new acquisition. Wish I could relay the beautiful mirrors.
@Marshall; @potty dollar 1878. Why crack out an MS 70 coin? Get the tiniest visible mark on it and it loses that grade. Unless you'd crack it out for the reason I'm thinking but am hesitant to mention.
Wasn't really thinking at the time what I meant to say was I Don't like the holder/Joe Biden and the other thing and yes keep it in the holder.I agree with Thomas mozzillo.
I actually have two reasons. First the one you're afraid to mention on an apolitical forum and second, I hate entombed coins in general. That's probably because I specialize in coins with edge devices.
After having purchased the Coronet cent for my type set, I couldn't live w/o the 1/2 cent. I believe @Eduard appreciates US large cents too :-D
I just picked this up for a fair price. Please confirm the attribution since I'm relying on Heritage Sales and not literature.
1928 Peace Dollar. I decided might as well do a Peace Dollar type set while working on my Trade Dollar set.
I've always wanted a nice Merc. Had a decent amount of ebay bucks last quarter so I used it on this: Besides a couple modern proofs I've bought to flip over the years, this is my first slabbed coin.
