These just came in Friday. I love the really early stuff, and just having them is what it's about for me with these. Grade is not important, it's the history of these coins that intrigue me. The Connecticut is the 3rd 'type' I have (Draped Bust Left 1788, Horned (1787), and the Muttonhead (1787)). The 1800/79 Large Cent is an improvement (slight) over the cull I have.
I got another Trade dollar in the mail today. I have 5 now in my quest to get my TD type set. NGC Approved 1873. AU 55.
I saw a guy on TV hawking these things this morning like $275 or there abouts. So when I went on eBay I looked them up and this one was a LOT less money. I must say I like the holder.
