    I completely understand what you mean now and agree with you 100%. Perhaps that is why I never really cared much about the Washington Quarter due to it's lack of detail on Washington's bust.

    My 2 cents worth

    Just picked up this 1877 Indian. Rough but affordable. I got the 1902 Indian earlier this week.

    I know there not a part of the 7 lower lop of 8 but the top of the 8 sure look like 7????

    I have built quite a few sets of SLQ's - and in my 50+ years of collecting, I have
    never even remotely heard of an over date from Philadelphia. I would suggest you
    contact the "Expert" - JH Cline in Palm Harbor, Florida.

    Good luck - although I don't see what you're seeing... sorry.
