I was given a 4 coin 1979-S INB cameo 70 set recently. Mine don't look like 70's but it's still a cool 4 coin single slab.
I already have this date and grade, but when I see a nice coin like this one, I couldn't pass it up. 1926 by JPeace$ posted Feb 8, 2019 at 6:11 PM 1926 reverse by JPeace$ posted Feb 8, 2019 at 6:11 PM
@sonlarson - I just looked at your proof dollar and half dollar again, and the way you took the pictures it looks like there is a sunset on the moon! It's a really cool effect.
Really nice reverse. The obverse holds the coin back. The obverse is a little darker than the reverse. And then I compounded it with my great camera skills. It works to fill a hole in the type set.
Just in, a friendly little wager with @SLACKACTION plus an AFC Title win for the Patriots equals: 1921D Thanks bud! Number 7 next year!
i was at the flea market yesterday and got some good finds. i bought a 1963 franklin half dollar, 3 buffalo nickels 1923 1929 and an unknown date. 2 1943-d cents and 2 1943 cents. i got a 5 reichspfenning (the nazi coin). i only paid 20 dollars yesterday. but by far the best part was going to the local kroger to get a tea and in the change there was a 1963 roosevelt dime!!!! posting this in the under $50.00 forum i will work on getting pics
1066merlin. I've seen thousand of those. How come ? Because I've lived in Sweden for many years, and 5 Ore is about a few pennies.
This makes six coins in my quest to collect all the die pairs for 1852. I have had a hard time attributing this one and think it is N-17. But, I am not real confident of that.
I started the PCGS app where you do collections, so I recently added a few slabbed Sillver Kennedy Proofs. This is one recently acquired.
