It is a concoction of thiourea and sulfuric acid. It will remove tarnish from silver. With proper application, it is considered conservation rather than cleaning (we all have different opinions about that, but "If you can't tell, it hasn't been cleaned"). Google it and read about it.

Definitely don't have enough 81-S' so had to add this one to the pile. As usual my images do no justice to the beautiful colors and luster that pops them.

1834 Capped Bust Quarter graded VF25 by NGC. My first Bust Quarter, just purchased today at a local show. This thread apparently stimulated my urge for one. It also has the O/F variety, which isn't rare or significantly more valuable, but kind of interesting nonetheless. USB microscope shot of O/F also included below (with obviously different white balance settings).

05c GCG Token full 01v.gif @lordmarcovan sent me this as a gift, expressing interest in seeing it animated.

I don’t know when Garden City, Kansas went to phone numbers of more than 4 digits, but that would help date this fun brass token.

    Thank you, kind sir.

    Garden City -9400
Garden city would of been the exchange so most probably the number would of been GC-9400 a 6 digit phone number. I would imagine in the later 30'-40's.

This is a specimen that was purchased for the die marriage. It was relatively cheap for a bust H-10 and rightfully so for a detailed coin. However it will do until another one comes along and it is an R-3

I don't get why they call it the O/F when that feature is extremely minor. That variety has a completely different reverse than the other coins in the series. They created a new hub when they changed from 3-line to 2-line stripes in the shield. That was an actual type change in 1833 that was reverted in later 1834 strikes. The eagle is completely different in addition to the shield, and along with the O/F there are also ghost claws offset below and to the right from the eagle's claws (you can see these on your example quite clearly). Late stage coins don't even have the O/F visible anymore but they are of the same type. It's just confusing.

This was less than 5 bucks in ebay. It looks cleaned to me. I think RPM-001. It doesn't look exactly like the examples on Variety vista, so I'm not 100%
