My wife's comment after she sign for this coin. Bob, I thought you said you were were going to stop purchasing coins, stamp and money. I'm 80 years old
Well Bob to me it looks like just another senior moment ...... oh well it happens! Wink .....wink......WTG Chief :
The San Francisco mint also made non-silver proof coins. Might want to check the edge and weight. The silver ones are 6.3 grams versus 5.67 grams non-silver.
I'm also a strong believer in the age old saying...when it comes to being married.... Ask me no questions and I'll tell you no lies!
Here's an extremely original scarce date 1896-S Half Eagle . . . almost all of these are dipped bright yellow. Mint state to boot! And an attractive undipped cameo proof 1952 Franklin, PCGS PR65CAM . . . And a scarce 1867 Seated Half Dime with attractive color . . .
A new 79-S to add to my collection of rusty looking high grade Morgans which I'm into for some reason. NGC MS66
7.99 free shipping on Ebay.... It'll be heading off to @jtlee321 hopefully soon for its few minutes of fame You have no idea how long it took to capture the toning.... And I still can't capture it all....
Nice definitely like it! Yeah something about rusty looking Morgans I'm into, maybe because some are 100 years older than I am and it makes them show their age. The nice thing is I think I'm in the minority cause I don't seem to have a lot of bidder competition on the few I've grabbed like that. Here's my favorite one from just a few weeks ago: Another 66 and the toning is wild. Also need sunglasses when looking at it. Think it had one other bidder and I got it for $185
