Encyclopedia salesmen, The Fuller Brush man, Life Insurance Agents would be showing up, but none was more exciting than the sweeper sellers.</p><p><br /></p><p>Hoover was a household name and most every house had one. I liked the ones with the headlights.</p><p><br /></p><p>What a way to a housewife's heart!
