Then while I was putting it in the flip it curled so that the torch and fasces formed an X instead of a cross but then the reverse was correctly oriented. So I left it in the flip like that but that is not right. For date on the obverse to orient correcty the torch and fasces have to be a cross not a X . So I think my original image is correct and it does have a rotated reverse.
