One &quot;V&quot; seems to have a bend midway up each shaft, so may be something else. The reverse markings seem more random. A &quot;T&quot;scratched in the field of the coin, 4 Vs and 14 punch marks with no particular pattern. The reverse markings are probably just graffiti and are unrelated to the symbolism on the obverse. If anyone has a clue to their meaning, I&#039;d appreciate hearing it.
