It's from Victory Sparkler who went out of business after being sued and a company taking all their money. Actually they were sued twice. This token is one of my absolute favorites b/c my Grandfather gave me one in the early 1960's. Unfortunately, someone ripped me off for the one he gave me and my whole collection, I had at the time. The bottom lawsuit link is for the death of a child, the top link is related to Victory ripping off copyright issues, they made a toy and he stole their idea. Anyway, this token is around 1& 1/2" in diameter and chocolate copper, nice old patina. </p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p><a href="https://casetext.com/case/tipp-fireworks-v-victory-sparkler-specialty" target="_blank" class="externalLink ProxyLink" data-proxy-href="https://casetext.com/case/tipp-fireworks-v-victory-sparkler-specialty" rel="nofollow">https://casetext.com/case/tipp-fireworks-v-victory-sparkler-specialty</a></p><p><br /></p><p><a href="http://law.justia.com/cases/federal/appellate-courts/F2/53/3/1544000/" target="_blank" class="externalLink ProxyLink" data-proxy-href="http://law.justia.com/cases/federal/appellate-courts/F2/53/3/1544000/" rel="nofollow">http://law.justia.com/cases/federal/appellate-courts/F2/53/3/1544000/</a>[/QUOTE]</p><p><br /></p>
