The best part for me was I started talking to the seller asking him why/how he always had Air Force tokens for sale (and only Air Force). Well the last 30 years he put together a set of tokens from all Air Force bases and is selling them off because his kids aren&#039;t interested (dang kids!). He said he got all the bases except eight. Unfortunately one of his eight includes my white whale - McChord!<img src="styles/default/xenforo/clear.png" class="mceSmilieSprite mceSmilie20" alt=":banghead:" unselectable="on" unselectable="on" /> He said he saw it come up for auction a few years ago and it went for $200! <img src="styles/default/xenforo/clear.png" class="mceSmilieSprite mceSmilie9" alt=":eek:" unselectable="on" unselectable="on" /></p><p><br /></p><p>So I guess moral of the story here is...I thought it was pretty cool that this seller was/is a kindred spirit in Air Force tokens and when I find McChord, I&#039;ll likely have to pay for it.</p><p><br /></p><p>Well...need to post a pic of something...</p><p><br /></p><p><img src="https://www.cointalk.com/media/holloman-afb-nm-10c.2352/full" class="bbCodeImage wysiwygImage" alt="" unselectable="on" /> </p><p><br /></p><p>As usual, the scan destroys any visual appeal in this token.
