It was struck by Jim Biancarosa, I presume a member of the club. I&#039;ve seen one other example on a Texas state quarter. Nothing special about it, but I wanted to add it to my collection of contemporary numismatic-related issues. At first glance I thought it was from a prepared punch but on closer inspection I see it&#039;s done with individual punches.
