It was issued by the Chicago Coin Club in 1982 to celebrate their 750th meeting. The stamp itself exhibits excellent craftsmanship but the host coin is unsuited for the design. The punch isn&#039;t robust enough to overcome the remaining design elements of the coin and as a result is hard to read.
