Actually looking for more info on this. Dealer had it listed as something the Gallery Mint made at a show as a giveaway.

 

A Morton Grove, Illinois Coin Club medal from 1975. This is a big one too at 63mm.

I had a leather medal from the Crecent City Coin Club (New Orleans). I didn't know it was about 1/2 inch thick when I bought it. It really annoyed me so I gave it away.
