    If you troll fleaBay like a dog, you can run across those TAMS medals really cheaply. I think I have between $12 and $15 each into those.

    It takes dedication, but a lot of these exonumia pieces can be acquired quite affordably. With mintage numbers in the tens or hundreds, the equivalent in the coin world would cost more than my house.

    I was warned when joining here that I would be branching out into new arenas of collecting lol

    Been over the briges many times, Eric. Interestingly, there was only a single bridge when built years ago. When traffic got too heavy for it to handle, a second "mirror" span was added rather than replacing the old structure. When close up, they're almost twins.
