Here's an 1851 $50 Gold Humbert Copy Token done by Thompson's Restaurants in 1906, same size in every way! It measures to 44mm, it's a big heavy sucker!! The Deshler Hotel Token is a key fob I've had for a very long time, the Deshler was a big beautiful hotel built back in 1916 in Columbus, Ohio. It's been one of my favorite pieces for a long time as it's so huge! It measures at 44mm or a tad bigger than a Morgan Silver Dollar! It could double as a weapon if you had to throw it and hit someone in the head, I'm sure it would definitely hurt!
oops. I couldn't help myself...there it sat with 10 seconds left and only 1 bid of 1.99.. Put the old sniping skills to work. I love buying in bulk!
I found this pocket watch in the back of a drawer and I happen to have a battery for it. Then I bought the inexpensive chain and added a Kennedy half that I gave out at a reunion a couple years ago.
As a rail fan I purchased some stamps and put them in a display ,I put the stamps back to back. I wonder if they'll stick together?
How about a Fraternal Order of Moose lodge, lowle? They did issue tokens but I don't know if this is one of them. Bruce
I've seen a couple but always round. Just wondering is there a search parameter in catalogs to search by shape? If so whats your guess as to what this shape it is called. A brass iron cross? I'm stumped.
I bet this lady was a top notch sales person..... this medal was engraved, made of 1/20•10kt gold filled seco The blue is enamelled with gold inlay.weight 6.6g
If your jewelry is gold filled, it’s essentially worthless when it comes to resale value except for if you’d like to sell it yourself on Craigslist. 1/20•10kt gold filled It is worthless as scrap go to this sight http://www.goldnscrap.com/index.php/gold-filled The 1/20th means it is 1/20 part of 10 karats so it has less gold in it. When I was doing jewelry at a flea market that was the type of gold chain people bought most often, due to it being cheaper then the the other types. Seco is probably the manufacturer of the item as there is no such base metal
