What and estate this one has turned out to be. Historically I did a pretty good search last night for transit token. I only found 2 out of 187 where I already had. Everything on the desk laying on white paper is one of a kind or at least in this lot it was so those are to be looked at it later. I think I ended up with about 50 or 60 duplice it to sell all from the twenties. Sorry for the raw photography but I'm in a rush today and that's the best I could do my hand

i WAS TRYING MY BEST TO ID ALL OF THOSE TOKENS TO LIST TODAY. NEEDLESS TO SAY THE DESK LOOKS THE SAME. I HAVE BEEN CONCENTRATING ON EAST COAST CITIES AND THAT 137 TOKEN MIXED BAG THREW ME OFF. 56 cALIFORNIAS, SOME oREGONS AND THE REST WERE ASST. WEST COAST CITIES I HADN'T SEEN BEFORE IN FACT OF 137 i ONLY FOUND 6 THAT i ALREADY HAD. GOT SO LATE AND OVERWHELMING I HAD TO PUT THEM ON THE BACK BURNER. BUT I DID FIND 1 OR 2 OLDIES THAT BOOKED AT $150 IN 2015 SO MY MIND WAS BLOWN OVER A $42 MIX. BUT A VERY KIND CALIFORNIAN SOLD ME 50 BILLIARD GOOD FORS AT $42 YESTERDAY. tc 8371 fORTUNA ca. lAST AUCTION RECORD WAS $6 IN 2006 SO I LISTE AT 6+SHIPPING AND OFFED 6 LAST NIGHT SO I'M A HAPPY CAMPER. THAT AD WAS FROM THE FORTUNA HIGH 1930 ANNUAL. s-l1600 (1).jpg s-l1600.jpg IMAGE_OBV_436653.jpg

I found an aluminum token in about 1978 in a ghost town in Arizona named Courtland. It was somewhere near Tombstone. It had words on it saying "Pabst Pool Parlor Good for 12 1/2 cents in trade" I sold it or gave it away long ago. Wonder if anyone else has seen such a token? I recall it being hexagonal or octagonal in shape.

Good mystery, that's for sure. I can make out the word SILVER, the date 1881 or possibly 1981. Stars, the V and the letters SCHW???. I tried Schwinn tokens, but nothing there matches. It seems to be two coins/tokens squished together, but not enough to ID them. Let us know if you find out.
