BART is the San Francisco-Oakland area Bay Area Rapid Transit System.
BART built a tunnel under the San Francisco Bay for it's trains.
This medal commemorates the lowering of the last section of the tunnel or "Tube"

I believe your 'PIOUS' stamp is an unrecorded Thomas Spence countermark. Would love to see an image. I have one also on a 1797 cartwheel one pence. Soon to be added to the known list of Spence marks (current number of different marks now at 28)

 

A German dark beer smells like dark bread, from the city of Furth. a good for one liter Most likely from a beer hall in Frankenmuth Michigan. The chicken dinner capital of the state.
