Cypher</b> rated Common, </p><p>h<i>owever, DH 299 is supposed to have a plain edge and mine does not. </i></p><p><i> I guess this was missed by the dealer, and by Dalton, or during a later edition/revision.</i></p><p><i>This warrants more research methinks.
