I sent this to ANACS and they graded it GD4 (7547708). I'll pick it up Sunday Nov.26th at the Trevose show.
They're out there. Pulled from my brother's change- 1976-S silver-clad quarter. Outer layer is comprised of .800 silver, .200 copper; inner core is .209 silver and .791 copper. According to the Red Book, mintage was 11,000,000, but several million were melted down in 1982.
