    Listen these darn stupid coins make me want to blow a years paycheck away. I LOVE Commemoritives! Though, i would classify these as classic commemoritives, not modern (I always thought modern were commemoritives made in silver or clad versions). Excellent coins, thanks for sharing!

    I don’t own any classic commemoratives, but someday I would like to get a 1935 Connecticut Tercentenary half dollar because I love its depiction of the Charter Oak.

    To me, the 'modern era' was post 1954 in regard with commems.........let's see what I can dig up from the 'classical' era.........:)
