Any more Drusus? If not, who's got those twins poking their heads out of cornucopiae? Always struck me as a bizarre looking design.

Ditto, and yet they're cool, in a strange sort of way. I'd find a space for it in my collection if somebody gave me Example #1 off the Wildwinds page. It's pretty darn sharp looking!
CALIGULA AR Denarius OBVERSE: C CAESAR AVG GERM P M TR POT, bare head right REVERSE: DIVVS AVG PATER PATRIAE, radiate head of Divus Augustus right Struck at Lugdunum, 37/8AD 3.5g, 18mm RIC I 10
Here are two of the four Caligulae I've owned. Three were VESTAs. One was a Spanish provincial. One VESTA and the provincial succumbed to terminal bronze disease. I've only had two coins affected by BD ever, and both had to be Caligulas! Ouch. Anyway, these are the two BD-free ones. The first was my first ever, from my old 2007-08 novice collection, and better I think than all the ones I subsequently owned.
126+ posts And 7 pages in just the first few hours. Despite the some missteps and a little confusion, I'd say this one has megathread potential.
MY birthday happens this month. (Seriously, though, yours is very nice for the type. Nearly as nice as that sharp Wildwinds #1 example.)
Oh my gosh. I nearly have no words. It’s like herding cats. At this rate I won’t be able to play mine until next month. And it’s just Hadrian! Guess I’ll come along for the ride.
Gonna be a toughie, most likely, but somebody in this crowd might pull it off. My chin still hurts from hitting the desk in a jawdrop after @Alegandron pulled that Varus out of his sleeve! PS- neat new avatar.
I could always look at more Gaius coins And thanks! I like your cozy cats. I am huge on ancient Greek statues and boxing. So I couldn't believe that I'd never come across this fella before. Close ups on his face show beautifully the violence of his craft. It's an absolute masterpiece. And not a later Roman copy of a Greek original like most.
