Theodosius II - amazing 42 year reign. Lousy bronze coins, but nice walls!!!



My contribution ends with Honorius! I have some 5th century holes to fill and hopefully I'll pick up a few solidi to fill in some of the blanks.

 

Like the western empire... the fifth century is where this thread will be lost to the ages. Haha...

I bought this Julian I as a bargain because it was offered on Ebay not under "coins" but under "estate sale" where my wife has found it!
