As an aside, if you can find ANY 1983 or 1982 Washington Quarters that are in almost uncirculated condition, stick them aside as they will be worth money someday since very few folks, in 1982 and 1983, actually saved any of these coins which were not available in US Mint Sets.

Of course, they need to be in better condition that the coin you've posted.
