Me too - like the 1999-S proof SBA dollars.

 

The proof went to currently unavailable. Hmm...wonder if mintage will be topped out at 80,000 for it?

That's not the U.S. Mint - govmint.com is a private company.

It appears proof and uncirculated are both still available but the proof is on backorder until late February (almost March).
