You have to admit it takes a strong personality at times to dive in and start participating - more honest encouragement can only help this site grow.</p><p><br /></p><p>I see the same type things on another forum(work related) that I moderate - you get a lot of the same simple questions over and over. What I find most interesting is who answers the questions - over the years it migrates from one set of participants to the next.
