    I'll make a guess of 64RB.

    It's PR 64. It's just to illustrate that not all MPL's are as distinct and sharp as Winged's (or yours :))
    I'll post a pic of a matte-like cent I have that's similar.

    You are correct. That is one reason why diagnostics are so important. I've also seen a few non-proofs that look more like MPL's than a good portion of authentic MPL's, including pebbled texture and squared off rims. All they lack is the diagnostics.

    From your 1909 photo, I couldn't see the diagnostics otherwise I would have included the MS or PR.

    Very matte-like surface in hand. And mark to the right of M in UNUM.

    The mark doesn't look like an upside down V, plus it looks to be too close to the M as well as too close to the rim.
