Keep in mind, 90% of my world coins have come from buying by the pound. For Christmas this past year I got a Paypal gift card that I used to buy 6 pounds of world coins. So, most all of them are circulated. Some of them are really nasty. I don't care, I am just happy to have them. My entire US collection post-64 and all cents from 1934 to current, nickels from 38-current were found in change. (and some previous on the cents, too!) Most Canadian cents from the 60s to current as well, lol. And scans are not the greatest, either...but my coin pictures stink. So I went with this format to document them all. This means that now I can look at my coins anytime, 24/7 without having to worry about getting them out, or having the nickel cause me problems, as I am allergic to it. Also less wear & tear on the coins themselves. I know my collection is not great, and I have nothing particularly rare or valuable...but I love it just the same. http://public.fotki.com/ChasingHistory/ I've also decided to name my collection...I needed a title for the new site...so I named it the "Chasing History Collection". It's kind of silly considering I basically only add to it once a year, but my love of history is what drives my collecting. I'm open to comments, good or bad. Thanks!
