The Numismatist, March 1962, has an article "Saint George and the Dragon" that discusses an Armenian medal as its main subject matter, but includes the following: The noble is quite rare and expensive. The Italian coin seems to be a Grossone, not a Testone. CNG sold a nice looking one of those in 2021 for $650.
