The reverse has an odd green spec around 4 o'clock, right along the rim -- possibly remnants of improper storage (?) but oddly still straight graded. Down the road someday I may send it for restoration to remove that spec; we'll see if I ever get around to it.</p><p><br /></p><p>Quite enjoyable was falling down a rabbit hole and spending ~hour reading about President McKinley's life/accomplishments and the <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_McKinley_Birthplace_Memorial" target="_blank" class="externalLink ProxyLink" data-proxy-href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_McKinley_Birthplace_Memorial" rel="nofollow">McKinley Birthplace Memorial</a> (depicted on the reverse of the coin). The memorial looks rather impressive; I'd love to visit it some day.</p><p><br /></p><p>Next for me are a few half dollars I'm tracking on Heritage Auctions.
