This forum has many goals, but I believe an important one is to educate it's members. For example, how many people know that the U.S. Mint put the "P" mintmark on the Lincoln Cent this year. They did it to celebrate the 225th anniversary year of the mint and purposely did not announce they were going to do it. It's a one year thing, so it might be a good idea to pick up a few rolls of 2017 cents with the "P" mintmark. I live west of the Mississippi so we tend to only get Denver mintmarks here. My brother who lives in the Northeast, picked up five rolls for me from his local bank.</p><p><br /></p><p>This tread is about "Latest Daniel Carr restrike just arrived", and I expected to read posts about that topic. I also expected people to post their Daniel Carr restrikes and metals, so I'd know what's new.
