I have avoided Legacy too (up until recently).</p><p><br /></p><p>My preference is <a href="https://www.banknotecertification.com/contactus.php" target="_blank" class="externalLink ProxyLink" data-proxy-href="https://www.banknotecertification.com/contactus.php" rel="nofollow"><b>B</b>anknote <b>C</b>ertification <b>S</b>ervices </a>(BCS) which are more conservative than PMG but I tend to buy far more PMG graded World notes than PCGS (BCS only accepts Canadian submissions/no world). I got a few very poorly/over graded PMG notes b/c I trusted the grade on the holder (failed to inspect the note thoroughly enough) whereas no flawed PCGS grades. </p><p><br /></p><p>Overall, I feel its crucial to learn how to grade &amp; not trust the TPG&#039;s &amp; then buy the ones you need if you feel each is priced/graded right.[/QUOTE]</p><p><br /></p>
