I would have expected a 65, especially given the older generation of NGC holder, but I don't have much issue with it as a 66.
There are a few out there sold at auction lately that have more and less contact. My original photos could have been better. They look hazy and don't have the brilliance/black and white look that it has in hand. Paid less than a MS65 somehow. I am really not complaining.
I went lower knowing the old holder and the way the date was graded. I think seeing in hand would make a difference with the marks on the chin whether minor luster grazes or significant marks as I saw them. Regardless its a pretty coin
