Any ideas what I have here. I did some research and found what look to be modern reproductions but this one appears old and rather rough. Any help is appreciated!

This is probably a cheap historical medal made for school children in 1955 by the city of Lechfeld. The eagle is that of the early Holy Roman Empire.
