Lamination or PMD error?

I'm considering purchasing this coin, but think this looks like PMD (post mint damage) rather than a lamination problem. It appears the edge was damaged at the same place as the "lamination error." I'd appreciate the groups feed back on this. This is my first post and thanks to Hommer for his post: How to Post and Add Photos. Positive feed back is welcomed if I'm doing it incorrectly.

:yack: Save your money.. even if it was a Lamination or a Struck Through error it's not a nice looking one. I agree on the damage.

It also looks like the coin was harshly cleaned.:vomit:

I forgot to mention that the seller indicated it has been cleaned.

Yeah, I was probably writing the new information as you posted this. Thanks.

Save you're money, some lamination errors cause the coin to worth less rather then more and this one only would hurt it since the coin is also cleaned.
