Lots of collectors came today but some dealers left before 1 PM. I give the show a 7.5 -8 out of 10 (FUN is a 10). There was lots of variety and interesting coins. I was stuck at the table and still managed to spend over $250 on stuff.

One that got away that I really wanted. A guy had two 1909-SVDV cents that he found in a roll. One side was a fairly deceptive struck C/F and the reverse was the crudest "play-money" looking VDB I ever saw. He let me take it out of the 2X2 and the edge was filed where the sides were joined. A friend from NGC was at the table and he took a look and laughed the reverse was so bad. I showed the guy how wide and fat the letters in Pluribus were compared to the obverse. Rats, I forgot I own a phone that takes pictures ! Anyway, he wanted to keep both fakes.
