Does Constantius I count? Helena and (had to look up her name, couldn't remember...quiz 2 I guess) Theodora. There seems to be some disagreement about if Helena was a wife
Claudius. Both Agrippina and Messalina appeared on coins. Depending on how you count, also Caligula (Caesonia and Drusilla). But that is maybe taking Robert Graves/Suetonius too seriously.
