The last Menorah glass I had posted was blue sapphire of color. The following one is light blue with some white hues. It weighs 2.83 g. and has 2.2 cm of diameter. The last one was thought to have been designed in Alexandria around the fifth century. I still ignore what was the purpose of these beautiful and attractive glass items. Are they considered as jetons or were they made for other significant reasons ? Thanks for your comments.
