What is it called when you flip a coin over and the reverse is upside down in relation to the obverse?

Additionally, what is the justification for it?

Finally, what was the thinking for not having that common minting phenomenon apply to the popular Krugerand? Thanks. :thumb:

    Krugerrand takes a double 'rr'

The springbok design was previously used on earlier SA coins, perhaps it was to help distinguish the difference between the earlier coin designs and the modern Krugerrand designs.
