This is one of those mystical white elephant coins that does not appear in the market. There's one on ebay at the moment but at an absurd price. Mine is holed but this is really hard to find in any condition. This is issued by the Russo-Korean bank dated 1902. You can see that it has an eagle influence similar to the Russian double head eagle. I don't know where it was struck but possibly in Korea. Supposedly the bank only lasted for a short period of time due to pressure from the English and Japanese. It is not known how many still remain today but I can't imagine it to be in the thousands judging by the scarcity.
