    Here are mine.

    Philip II, Ar Tetradrachm
    Obv:– Laureate head of Zeus right
    Rev:– FILIPPOU, naked youth on horse pacing right on horseback holding palm, stalk of grain under belly, P below foreleg
    Minted in Amphipolis mint.
    Reference:– SNG ANS 667 - 680
    Test cut on reverse.
    14.114g, 24.3mm, 0o

    Philip II, Ar Tetradrachm
    Obv:– Laureate head of Zeus right
    Rev:– FILIP-POU, king riding left, wearing kausia and chlamys, raising right hand in salute, erased protome of pegasos below, bow under right foreleg
    Minted in Amphipolis mint. 355 - 348 BC
    Reference:– Le Rider 164 (D75/R135)
    There is a flaw on the reverse running through the body of the rider

    Huh ... I always give my sweet baby a bonus-point for being the only example with FILIPPOU in one sweet line, rather than bustin' it up and having the usual FILIP-POU

    Yah, but obviously I love my example like a Momma bear loves its lil' cub, Smokey!!

    Considering the location of the flaw, I wonder if someone tried to fill in the test cut??? Very, very many of these are test cut and many people dislike this to the point they might 'fix' it.

  10. Its weight in silver (if it's made of silver.) It is a contemporary forgery.

    There is what looks like a casting seam all around the edge.
     
  13. About 99%. I've been looking for a die match; still not able to find one. The fabric, surface, toning, and overall design throw out alerts for me. Do you have a picture of the edge and maybe a weight? I can't speak for the rest of the forum members, but i know most wouldn't consider it.

    Ok thanks, I value your opinion guys. In couple days I'll post few more coins,to ask you are they original. Friend of mine found them among her deceased father belongings.
