Kingdom of Bosporos Stater - help with date

    So far my bids in 2019 have all failed - time to explore a coin that has been sitting unexplored - purchased on EBay quite a few years ago - the slight gold color on the surface also intriguing. This 7.2g 20.3mm stater is the only silver coin I have from the Kingdom of Bosporus - I am having trouble matching up with anything I can find online in detail : dates, K instead of I on the reverse, trident or not on the obverse...here's my best guess but could easily go Rheskuporis V.

    Rheskuporis IV, Billon Stater
    Obv: BΛCIΛEωC ΠHCKOΠoRIK, Rheskuporis' laureate draped bust right
    Rev: Laureate draped bust of Gallienus right, I to right, date ΛΚΦ below.

    Date = ΛΚΦ 20+30+500 = 550 or AD 253? Λ(X or Ξ)Φ?

    Any suggestions and advice on attribution, and pointers to useful reference information on this coin+history are all much appreciated.

    I think the year is AMΦ = 541 = 244/245 BC. Differentiator on obv.: club. Then it would be MacDonald 603; Anokhin 602; Stanislavskii 640

    Billion Stater (20.3mm, 7.2 g).
    Date: Bosporan Era 540 (AD 243/4)
    Obv: BΛCIΛEωC ΠHCKOΠoRIK Diademed and draped bust of Rheskouporis IV right
    Rev: Laureate and draped bust of Philip I right; club before, AMΦ (date) below.
    Ref: MacDonald 602; Anokhin 691; Stanislavskii 640

    As a rule, dates should contain one digit at a maximum from each group 1-9, 10-90 and 100-900. An A missing the cross bar is nothing to worry about. The one that we modern Westerners have trouble with is the lack of a zero so the two digit MΦ is one year before AMΦ. This is worse when you get a zero in the middle position. I don't have an example of this to show. Anyone?

    Thank you @dougsmit - here's nice AV Stater of Sauromates I, with Trajan on ACSearch that illustrates the missing10s: Date=ZY=7+400=Bosporan Era 407=AD 110.

    AV Stater 60%AV 40AR
    By 260AD the Staters where billon=debasement 11000496.jpg
