This is the second time they have done this to me. Forget the fact i received the other lot i won and a handwritten note saying it was unavailable 3 weeks later!!! They lied in messages here that i was out bid. I had pre bid for a significant amount higher than what the lot was hammered at when i won. They are shady as all the other auction houses on here have NEVER said a lot i won was then unavailable. While filing my complaint with the Better Business Bureau (which Key Date never answered) i saw many complaints about the same thing and they have changed business names in the past. Since they never answered my complaint and flat out lied to me that i was outbid, i have filed a complaint with NJ Consumer Affairs and will file a federal complaint, if possible, as well. Stay away there are plenty of good auction houses that don't cheat their customers for profit.[/QUOTE]
