You have to understand though that $3,000 to these people is like $30 to us. I know of a dealer that is buying up these 70s and sending them back to PCGS for the autographed labels which are selling for $1,200+. Seems like each week PCGS adds a couple of more players. I think they have over 50 different players now.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The first month of release was crazy as y&#039;all know due to the small amount issued. Then came the flood and prices dropped. The flood is starting to recede and prices are sloooooooowly rising. When the flood is gone and the drought starts the price of water will go up, and so will these. I&#039;d say about tax time next year which will be about the time baseball starts up, March-April.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>I&#039;m no modern collector, only have 2 moderns. I do sell the mess out of them though. There are failures and successes, I&#039;m not going to name them because some people might own one and like it. I don&#039;t like to talk bad about what others collect.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>BTW, I paid $420/$425 for mine. Sold my first shipment the day I got them.
