Kennedy Half No FG

    You may very well be right, that the others I found were mostly grease filled dies. I was a kid and not a serious error collector so maybe they were greased dies. I do just remember 72's being so common that I threw most back and just kept a couple of the best graded ones. I don't know about 82's or 83's. I was just sharing memories.

    I have a 1971 Kennedy half dollar with no FG I cannot find any info on that year any thoughts

    I have 1988 P proof set with no FG .What is the reason for this . Is a proof set of coins same as biz set.? please let me know .
