Given that the Mint apparently still hasn&#039;t even <i>asked</i> my CC company about it, I suspect that they&#039;re just dragging their heels.</p><p><br /></p><p>FWIW, when I ordered a First Spouse gold back in March 2011, I placed the order on a Saturday, and it shipped the following Tuesday.
