Sometimes I can't tell if it's clipped, or if it's just a result of being physically distorted from a second strike
My question is how does someone come across something like this? Or maybe I should say, how does something like this make it thru to the distribution process? Or are mint employees scooping them up and selling them on the market?
Gotta return it. Received today and has a staple scratch by the T in LIBERTY Nothing, and I mean nothing, is worse than a stable scratch. And even if it isn't, it just looks like one, and I have to really really like it if I'm going to keep it
From your closeup photo, the mark does look incuse and cuts into coin. I guess the TPG overlooked that, and didn't mention it on the label...
