Kennedy, clipped

I've had this coin for years, and since I don't collect USA I haven't spent much energy looking into it. Does it look real, and any ideas on approx value?

I say yes it is real! Double Clip Mint Error.
You can see the Blakesley Effect opposite of the clips.
Worth raw... $30 - $40 dollars

I hope you're not chopped liver, I can't stand the stuff. Just thought Fred might like to see it. I would not have a clue as to what these go for though. I'm sure you are correct.
